The facts leading to medical treatment and custody [criminal facts] Defendant and the requester for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) committed the following crimes in a state that they lack the ability or decision-making ability to discern things due to editing and codification:

On December 19, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B: around 12:19, the Defendant stolen the victim’s clothes store operated by the victim B in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si with one DNA unit equivalent to KRW 80,000 at the market price where the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and one Twitts equivalent to KRW 25,00 at the market price.

2. On December 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the victim D, at a new store operated by the victim D in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (b) on December 19, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim, with a single stop of 40,000 won at the market price, which was displayed there.

3. At around 17:00 on December 30, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E, the Defendant stolen the victim’s clothes store operated by the victim E in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, with a yellow tamping 15,00 won at the market price where the victim’s surveillance was displayed in such a place.

4. Around 11:50 on January 1, 2019, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s clothes store operated by the Victim F in Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si with a 300,000 KRW 30,000 of the market price, which was displayed in front of the above store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected.

[2019Gohap154] Around 18:50 on December 4, 2018, the Defendant collected and stolen a 3,000-free kneegs in a household managed by the victim, who was displayed in a cresh in another place the management of the victim I, an employee, at the H store in Bupyeong-si, Bupyeong-si, Macheon-si.
