Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, from June 29, 2012, served as the head of a D Agricultural Cooperative from around June 2012, was elected in the election of the head of D Agricultural Cooperative on March 11, 2015.

1. No head of a cooperative shall provide money, goods, or other property benefits, express an intention to provide such benefits, or promise to provide such benefits to the institutions, organizations, or facilities established and operated by members of the cooperative or their family members or their families while in office;

D According to the business plan and the branch budget of the Agricultural Cooperatives in 2014, it is stipulated that only the members hospitalized in the hospital for at least one week can be paid 50,000 won.

Nevertheless, on January 9, 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 50,000 to E members of the D Agricultural Cooperatives who did not have been hospitalized in the hospital for at least one week from the time to July 28, 2014, and provided KRW 1,850,000 in total to D Agricultural Cooperatives members who did not have been hospitalized in the hospital for at least one week from July 28, 2014 as shown in attached Table 1.

2. Nevertheless, the Defendant paid 50,000 won to F members of D Agricultural Cooperatives who did not have been hospitalized in a hospital for at least one week on August 6, 2014, from that time to December 12, 2014, to F members of D Agricultural Cooperatives under the name of illness, as shown in attached Table 2, and there was no total of 18 members of D Agricultural Cooperatives who did not have been hospitalized in a hospital for at least one week, such as in the attached Table 2.
