Punishment of the crime

H Agricultural Cooperatives held on January 31, 2018 election of 7 non-standing directors who are representatives of the NA as representatives of the voting rights holders. Defendant A, B, and C participated in the above election but failed, and Defendant D, E, and F are representatives of the above agricultural cooperatives, who have the voting rights in the above election.

No person shall offer money, goods, or entertainment to a member or his/her family member for the purpose of being elected as an executive of a local agricultural cooperative, or receive such money, goods, or entertainment.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 2018, the Defendant provided P’s mother-child one km equivalent to 50,000 won in the market value at the representative P house located in NN community, which was located in NN, and through wife M.

B. On January 2018, the Defendant provided 1kg at the front square of the Q Village Community Center, which was in the middle of the Warman, to R through the wife M, with the total amount equivalent to 50,000 won at the market price.
