Defendant A calculated the meal cost, and provided the members K and L with food equivalent to KRW 25,500 during the period of restriction on contribution acts by Defendant A.

C. On November 201, 2014, Defendant A divided food equivalent to KRW 32,00,000, together with D Agricultural Cooperative Members M, soup and soup, Defendant A calculated the meal cost, and provided KRW 200,000 in cash to M who intend to continually board a taxi.

As a result, Defendant A provided members M with food of 16,00 won and cash of 200,000 won during the period of restriction on contribution act.
