Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 00:53 on August 2, 2016, sent the same attitude that the Defendant would normally pay the fare by boarding a DNA taxi operated by the victim C in front of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemundong Station.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi fee to the victim.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim operate a taxi from this place to the front of the roadside of Gangdong-gu, thereby acquiring the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 17,500 of the taxi fee.

2. On August 2, 2016, the Defendant was allowed to operate a taxi as above at the above date and at the above place, and the victim was in front of the roadside station in Gangdong-gu, the destination of destination around 01:10 on August 2, 2016 and demanded the taxi expenses, and the Defendant did not pay the taxi fees to the victim without paying the taxi expenses, such as “this ring, opening, and cutting,” and did not leave approximately 20 minutes from the taxi and did not pay the taxi fees.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's taxi business by force as above.

3. No person who violates the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act shall, while under the influence of alcohol, engage in alcohol in rough or disorderly manner by uttering or doing rough words or conducts at a public office;

On August 2, 2016, at around 01:45, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at the roadside district of the Seoul Gangseodong Police Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Seoul, and was unable to avoid disturbance for about 20 minutes for the police officers working therein, such as “The Defendant was able to grow up of Chewing bottles, nasium, and nasium E, Jeju E is left away from her husband, and two sons must not be obscenity, and the sons of the police officers of the flus’ disease were flusent, and the booms of the new police officers were flusent.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, led to a very rough and disorderly speech and behavior at a government office.
