A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence from the defendant shall be confiscated subparagraph 2.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties such as assistance to the market of public officials belonging to Yongcheon-si and government building management.

2. On the same day, the Defendant prepared for the prevention of fire to public structures and fire, as described in paragraph (1), by putting about 14:1 in the Youngcheon Viewing Market room, with the Defendant’s mind that it did not hold an interview with the Youngcheon City as described in paragraph (1), and containing about 6.78 litres from “E” located in Youngcheon-si D, Youngcheon-si, which purchased about 6.78 litres from the same place. On the same day, the Defendant was loaded into the above taxi at around 14:13 on the same day, and tried to enter the Youngcheon Market room by carrying a plastic box with the foregoing gasoline installed in front of the Youngcheon Viewing Station, but when the police officers waiting at the site after receiving a report 112 were replaced with each other, and thus, the Defendant was arrested by the police officers to prevent the police officers from driving the gasoline on their head floor.

Accordingly, the defendant was prepared for the purpose of setting fire to the Youngcheon Office building, which is a building for public use.
