A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 to 7 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[2] On March 7, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for three years and a fine of three hundred thousand won on July 16, 2014 at the Seoul High Court, Chuncheon Foreign District Court (Seoul High Court Decision 2000,000 won).

[Defendant’s event room] From November 11, 2015, the Defendant decided to work as a daily worker at the construction site of the Guri-si, Guri-si for a period from November 11, 2015. However, on the ground that he/she goes to go to the half of the construction site on November 11, 2015 after going to go to the half of the construction site, he/she has a dispute, and he/she gets to go to the middle of the construction site at around 15:00 on the same day.

After that, around 01:20 on November 12, 2015, the Defendant was at the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu, the Defendant: (a) stated that there was no space where the stringr was seated in the front of the restaurant with a stringer with a cigarette attached to the stringr; and (b) on the premise that there was no space where the stringr did not receive it on the string; (c) in order to use gasoline brought to the above construction site for a small power generation fuel of the stringr at which he lives, the Defendant saw the gasoline brought to the said construction site as a stringr possessed after breaking it on the said restaurant building.

The Defendant: (a) opened a lid in which gasoline contains gasoline 1.5-liter of 1.5-liter spring water in a bank; and (b) spreads the gasoline 1.5-liter of gasoline at the front line and floor of the above restaurant building where things such as plastic licks are stored; and (c) attached gasoline 1.5-liter of gasoline at the front line and floor of the above restaurant building where things such as plastic licks are stored; (d) however, the Defendant left gasoline smell and escaped from the wind coming out of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was prepared for the purpose of setting fire to a building in which a person uses it as a residence or a building in which a person exists.
