A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized gasoline 18 liters (No. 1) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant had an internal relationship with B, the Defendant had been suffering from the victim’s straw at the home where the victim was living because he had recently refused to talk with B.

1. At around 20:30 on February 16, 2020, the Defendant entered the house of the above victim B located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and entered the house through a 18 liter containing gasoline as oil knife and a gate with the body of the gate.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

2. The present state building and fire reserve Defendant, as set out in the above paragraph (1) at the time, at the place, and as set out in the above paragraph (1), had oil b containing gasoline, and had TV set up at the house of the above B, and had TV set up at the inside of the house of the above paragraph (1), and did not cut oil from her husband D who was next to the bed at that time.

As a result, the Defendant was prepared to set fire to the buildings in which people exist, such as the above B, etc.
