Defendant
A (A), Defendant B (A, one of the following persons (hereinafter referred to as “A”), and the Defendant B (hereinafter referred to as “E,” hereinafter referred to as “B”) dealt with each of the following psychotropic drugs, notwithstanding that they are not narcotics handlers, even though they are not narcotics handlers, they deal with each of the following psychotropic substances, which are the composites of the Mepta (hereinafter referred to as “LBA”) and the Mepta and the carpet (hereinafter referred to as “LBA”).
