Reasons
[Supplementary Judgment against Defendant A] The crime history
1. Special larceny Defendant, B, and D gathered to steals money and valuables on a vehicle parked at a G convenience store near Gangnam-si, Yllll apartment, around 00:0 on April 15, 2015.
On April 15, 2015, at the entrance parking lot of 03:38, Gangnam-si, 103, 5-6, 5-6, the Defendant discovered an INFH car equivalent to the market price of H owned by the parked victim, open a vehicle door for the vehicle not corrected, and at the same time, found the vehicle auxiliary heat that was in storage of the vehicle between the driver's seat and the assistant's seat while following the vehicle, and the Defendant used it to walk the vehicle on the front seat, and D used to drive the vehicle on the back seat, while boarding the auxiliary seat.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with B and D.
