Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A and the victim D(the age of 43) were married on December 5, 2011, but they were divorced on December 5, 201. Defendant A, upon receiving a claim for direct payment of child support from the victim, rendered a decision to pay the child support to the Defendant under the Gangwon-do Branch Support 2013 business12 on April 30, 2013. Defendant B was the omission of Defendant A.
1. Defendant A
가. 폭행 피고인은 2013. 7. 10. 18:35경 강릉시 E에 있는 강릉경찰서 F지구대에서 피해자 D과 시비하다가 피해자가 “명예훼손 및 모욕적인 언사에 대하여 휴대폰으로 녹음을 하겠다”고 말하자 화가 나 피해자의 휴대폰을 빼앗아 던질 듯이 하면서 피해자가 쓰고 있던 안경을 낚아챘다.
B.
