Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On April 29, 2012, from around 02:00 to 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) ordered the victim’s eran tavern operated by the victim D (hereinafter, 49 years of age) to give the victim one illness, etc. to the victim to calculate the drinking value after drinking, and obstructed the victim’s entertainment business by force by avoiding disturbance with the victim’s eranchising business.

B. On October 2, 2013, from around 23:20 to 23:15 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol at the H main points operated by the victim G (n, 40 years of age) located in the Jeju City F; (b) without any justifiable reason, deemed the victim and the female employees on his/her name to be the large interest called “this spawn, dead, spawn, and spawn,” and (c) intending to spawn and assault the victim and female employees, thereby obstructing the victim’s entertainment business by force.

C. From October 13, 2014, around 02:00 on the same day to October 13, 2014, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) the Defendant, on the part of the victim J (Nam, 46 years of age, entered the K cafeteria operated by the victim J (J) of Jeju City, with two female passengers on the name of the person in whose name the person is in charge of driving, and (b) the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, went to the K cafeteria; and (c) the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.

피고인은 위 다항의 일시, 장소에서 고함을 지르면서 영업을 방해하므로 피해자 J이 자신을 말리는데 불만을 품고, "이 새끼 병신 같은 놈, 나이 쳐 먹은 새끼가 병신같이 산다, 죽여 버릴 수도 있다"라고 말하면서 손에 들고 있던 우산으로 피해자의 배 부위를 쿡쿡 찌르고 멱살을 잡고 흔들면서 손바닥으로 우측 뺨을 1회 때려 폭행하였다.
