"2018 Highest 3245"

1. On April 1, 2018, around 21:50, the Defendant entered the state of alcohol in E with the victim D (n, 20 years of age) in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, where he/she had been employed as an employee, without any justifiable reason, and took a bath, such as “Cyphhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh for about 20 minutes, such as

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of a coffee shop by force.

2. On April 1, 2018, around 22:40, the Defendant entered the “G” operated by the Victim F (F, 38 years of age) in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, and took a walk over about 20 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant took a bath for the victim without any justifiable reason; (b) the Defendant did not put the victim on the floor of the business site; and (c) the Defendant was unable to enter the business site; and (d) the Defendant took a walk for about 20 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of the victim's control point by force.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On June 12, 2018, from around 07:00 to around 08:00 of the same day, the Defendant, under the influence of force, avoided a disturbance, such as: (a) the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, returned from “Jelnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

B. From around 13:00 on June 12, 2018 to 14:10 on the same day, the Defendant returned to the place indicated in paragraph 1’s (a) without any justifiable reason, and took a large scale of the first floor to customers, and obstructed the operation of the woman’s telecom by force by getting the customers who were the mother to go out of the telecom.

2. On June 13, 2018, the Defendant who intrudes upon a structure does not pay accommodation charges at the place specified in No. 1-A around 03:00, and does so for himself/herself.
