Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. At around 15:00 on October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) infringed upon the victim’s residence at Yeonsu-gu Incheon apartment complex C, 101, 2202, and 45 years of age; (b) invaded upon the victim’s house with a string of money and valuables; and (c) brought about five precious metals with a total of 5 points, such as one string, half, earing, earing, and 1 tring, which are kept in the small area of cremation; and (b) was stolen by the Defendant, around 15:00 on October 30, 2015, by impairing the victim’s residence at the same place under the same paragraph; and (d) caused the victim’s loss to the victim’s tring of money and valuables; and (e) caused the victim’s loss to the victim’s house, including 2nding 1, 2013 precious metals owned by the victim at the small area.

피고인은 2015. 11. 4. 11:00 경 위 가항 장소에서 같은 방법으로 피해자의 주거에 침입하여 그곳 작은 방 화장대 안에 보관 중인 피해자 소유의 14K 금반지 1개를 몰래 가져 가 절취하였다. 이로써 피고인은 피해자 소유의 시가 400,000원 상당의 블루 사파이어 반지 1개, 시가 1,000,000원 상당의 알 반지, 귀걸이, 목걸이 1 세트, 시가 160,000원 상당의 14K 링 반지 1개, 시가 300,000원 상당의 샤넬 모양 목걸이 알과 줄 1 세트, 시가 150,000원 상당의 목걸이 줄, 시가 300,000원 상당의 어린 왕자 모양 목걸이 1 세트, 시가 150,000원 상당의 커플링 1개, 시가 180,000원 상당의 커플링 1개, 시가 50,000원 상당의 14K 귀걸이 1개 등 총 9점, 시가 합계 2,690,000원 상당의 귀금속을 절취하였다.

2.
