A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2013, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) expressed the same attitude that the Defendant would pay the value of the victim, despite the absence of an intent or ability to pay the said value, even if the Defendant was provided with drinking and alcoholic beverages due to the lack of any money in water; and (b) ordered the Defendant to pay the value of the victim, such as Yangju 1 disease, beer 4 disease, beer 1 disease, and beer 14,000 won.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, was provided with 144,00 won at the market price from the victim.

2. The Defendant, at the above time and place, engaged in an alcohol disease while drinking alcohol and drinking alcohol as above.
