A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and the enforcement of the sentence was terminated on May 29, 2013 at the Seoul Detention Center.

1. [2013 Highest 3005]

A. On July 9, 2013, at around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) was in the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) placed the victim as if he were to pay the price despite having the victim’s intention or ability to pay the price despite drinking and drinking; and (c) placed the victim’s order to be served as if he were to pay the price; and (d) received from the victim, the Defendant was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 100,00 in total at the market price.

B. Around 02:20 on September 11, 2013, the Defendant, at the main point of “H” operated by the Victim G in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, ordered that the Defendant would pay the amount despite drinking and drinking alcohol from the victim, as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount, and ordered that the Defendant would pay the amount. The Defendant received an order from the victim for the commission 2 diseases, beer 4 diseases, and beer 4 diseases, and beer 438,00 won in total at the market price.

C. On November 10, 2013, the Defendant: (a) ordered the Victim J in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to pay the price even if he/she drinks and drinks from the victim; (b) placed the victim as if he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) placed the Defendant’s order to pay the price in return for the said price; and (d) placed the Defendant’s order to pay the price in return for the said price, and provided the victim with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 319,00 in total at the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive each property.

A. On September 26, 2013, the Defendant, at the “N” drinking house operated by the victim M in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, committed as if he were to pay the amount even if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount even if he did so.
