A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

A. At around 11:00 on November 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft and intrusion upon the victim D’s house located in C by reporting that the victim would work; (b) infringed on the inside bank through the open inner window; and (c) cut 30,000 won from the victim’s wall in cash in the outside; and (d) cut off one gold-half (14K) from the market price owned by the victim in the innance of cremation; and (e) one cell phone (39,900 won from the market price owned by the victim in the innance of cremation; and (e) one cell phone (3) the market price owned by the victim in the innance of cremation.

B. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on November 29, 2013, was at home of the victim F (the 78 years of age), who was living in E, and was aware of the fact that the victim was living in E (the 78 years of age), and found a stolen object by entering the inner bank and exposing the victim’s house, the Defendant discovered the victim who was staying in the inner bank and then was able to find the victim from the inner bank and scambling the victim’s scam from his hand, and scambling the victim’s hair and scambling the victim’s head and scam with the chest part of the victim’s chest. After preventing the victim from resisting the victim’s scambling, the Defendant 150,00 won in cash and scambling the victim’s scambling, and scambling the victim’s pressure was 10,000 won in the victim’s mouth.
