A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for robbery, injury, etc. at the Daegu High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on February 11, 2015.

1. On April 28, 2015, between around 10:30 to 11:30 on April 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft and intrusion on residence; (b) committed a theft of property from around 10:30 on April 28, 2015 to around 11:30; and (c) took a door door that had not been corrected after entering the door through the side door; and (d) entered the door door that had not been corrected; (b) one net gold sheet with the market value of KRW 1.4 million, the market value of which is the victim’s possession; (c) one gold sheet with the market value of KRW 200,00,00,000 for women; (d) two gold boxes for women in an irregular city; and (e) one gold sheet with the market value of women’s women; and (e) one gold sheet with the market value of women’s influent women.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. The crime on May 15, 2015;

A. On May 15, 2015, at around 10:00 on May 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen property from the Victim F’s house located in Sinsi-si; (b) cut off the front door by using bricks near the front door; and (c) opened a corrected door and opened it out.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the unfasible glass of the market price owned by the victim and infringed on the residence of the victim.

B. Paragraph 2 A of this Article applies to the larceny Defendant.

After intrusion upon the victim's house, 240,000 won and 280,000 won in cash owned by the victim, the victim was stolen with 1,000 won and 1,000 won in the market price, 1,00 won in the amount of female consumption in the market price, 1,000 won in the market price, 1,000 women's ear in the market price, and ear in the market price.

3. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant was at night, on May 19, 2015, at around 03:00 on May 19, 2015, the victim H located in G, and was not corrected after having come to the house.
