A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 8,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.
Reasons
Criminal facts
The Defendants operated the Suwon-si E and the fifth floor with the trade name "F".
From the end of February 2014 to March 17, 2014, Defendants: (a) operated the above establishment; (b) operated the operation of the establishment; (c) Defendant B received the payment to the customers; (d) employed and managed female employees; and (e) shared their respective roles by advertising the said establishment; and (e) provided five-school programs, such as a shower room, employee waiting room, etc. with each other; and (c) provided the said establishment with 30 minutes for 40,000 won and 65,000 won per hour from many unspecified male customers who found the said establishment, and provided 45,000 won per hour through the Internet job-seeking site.
As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
