1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties are companies engaged in domestic and foreign air transportation business, aircraft handling business, etc. The plaintiff is a worker who joined the defendant on December 16, 1996 and worked as the head of the team in the guest room ledger.

B. On January 18, 2019, the Defendant exempted the Plaintiff from the existing standby and was subject to three months of suspension from office.
