A on May 30, 2014, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended execution for the crime of forging private documents, etc., but was dismissed, and the final appeal is currently being tried by the Supreme Court.

1. Defendant A is a lessee who leased and resided in 2.5 million won as security deposit of 101,000 won in the building D, and 65,000 won in the monthly rent, and the victim B is a unregistered credit service provider who lent money as security of the above contract. A.

On June 20, 2012, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) obtained from the Defendant’s house located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D Building 101 on the Internet in the form of a loan charter contract on the Internet; and (b) entered the lessor’s address column into the deposit column, “F” in the resident number column, “G” in the telephone column, and “H” in the name column; and (c) affix the H’s seal kept at his own discretion on the back of the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the Defendant forged one copy of the lease contract in the name of H, which is a private document related to the certification of facts.

B. On June 20, 2012, the Defendant sent a resident registration number of H, the principal owner of the D building, and another person’s photograph by facsimile of the D Building No. 101 of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City-gu, Incheon, to an unqualified person, and received by facsimile a copy of the resident registration certificate of H, which was forged from the deceased person’s name.

Around June 27, 2012, the Defendant borrowed money from Jnotarial Affairs Office located in Gyeonggi-do I, and exercised the above forged H by delivering it to B as if it was issued genuinely as a copy of the resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, which is a public document under the name of the head of Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and as if it was issued genuinely.

C. In the time and place set forth in subsection (b) above, the fraud Defendant would purchase and operate a part-time shop with the money if he/she lends the money to the victim B;

The time limit for a three-month period shall be paid.
