The punishment of the accused shall be determined by six months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 31, 2013, the Defendant forged a copy of a resident registration certificate for E in the name, “E”, “F”, and “date of issuance” using a computer at the mobile phone agency of “D” in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, by means of a computer, and copied it to each corresponding column of the resident registration certificate of a customer who was previously stored and copied it, and then forged a copy of the resident registration certificate for E in the name, “E” under the name of the head of Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

2. In order to conclude a contract for mobile phone communications services, the Defendant entered the forged official document’s resident registration certificate, which is a forged official document at the time, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1), and then sent the image file to KT staff in name and exercised it as if they were actually issued.

3. The Defendant forged a private document with the date, time, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1) and at the same time, using a test color pen, stated “E” in the “E” column and the column for the consent of the terms and conditions, and forged an application for mobile phone entry in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties, for the purpose of uttering by signing the “B” on the name side space and side page of the terms and conditions.

4. The Defendant sent a forged application for the admission of a falsified mobile phone at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (3) by facsimile as if it were duly formed to the KT employee who was unaware of the circumstances.
