When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:20 on July 31, 2014, the Defendant publicly insulting the above E and F on the ground that, on the grounds that the Defendant was fighting against the slope E and F of the Diplomatic Police Station affiliated with the Dong Sea Police Station (hereinafter “C”), who was dispatched after having received a report of assault, and the Defendant stated, “C” and “C” to the head of the Dong Sea Police Station: (a) he was a large number of visitors.
