A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, C, and the person in poor name, shall make a move-in report to a house without a lease contract in fact, and as such, shall forge the lease contract and the resident registration certificate of the house owner as if the house had been a lease contract, and shall obtain a forged lease contract by taking out a third person as a house owner and obtain a loan as security. Accordingly, the Defendant and C and the person in poor name shall do so.

1. On November 8, 2010, the Defendant, without authority, written each of the “E” houses operated by the Defendant located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul and without authority, for the purpose of exercising, in the “E” house, and without authority, written each of the “E” column in the “location” column of the “Sacheon-gu, Seocheon-gu (F apartment 104 Dong-dong804 and 804,” and the “Deposit” in the “Contract Contents” in the “Sacheon-gu” column of the “Sacheon-gu, Seocheon-gu” and “a lessor” at the bottom of the “Sacheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul and I” and written each of the “A” seal arbitrarily sculpturesed in his name and then forged one copy of the said I’s real estate lease agreement, which is a private document on rights

2. On November 11, 2010, in the “loan Amount” column of “F apartment 104, 804, 104, 804,” without authority for the purpose of exercising the right, the above person under whose name the letter was written in the “Loan Amount” column of “Teo Man,00,000,000,000 won,” and “the owner of the building and the owner of the building” column of “Yancheon-dong, Nam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 108/201, I, and H” with each pen attached to “YY 108/201,00,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000,000,000,00

3.The person under whose name the person under whose name the person under consideration was not the first man of November, 2010, shall forge one resident registration certificate under the name of the head of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government, a public document, by stating “I and H” on the paper for the resident registration certificate and attaching a photograph of the person under consideration.

4. On November 11, 2010, the Defendant is described in paragraphs 1 through 3 above to the J who is not aware of the circumstances in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang apartment No. 104 Dong 804.
