Defendant
A is a person who conducts a building business.
In order for C and D to facilitate the borrowing of land purchase price to E, the Defendant: (a) purchased land from the Gyeonggi-gun Group F and G and intended to operate a gas charging station; (b) borrowed the balance of the land purchase fund of KRW 120 million due to short of the funds; and (c) demanded the seller’s consent to allow E to create a collateral mortgage on the same land as the collateral condition; and (d) borrowed collateral security documents.
1. On January 19, 201, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) as the Defendant prepared and delivered by the land seller at the office No. 5077 of the H building in Goyang-dong, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si to exercise at the office E around 19, 201; (b) “160,000,000 won” in the price column of a promissory note; “18, 2011”; (c) at the date of payment on the date of payment; and (d) “Y-gu Incheon Metropolitan City” in the “Y-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City” and the issuer’s address column, stating that “I, the Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City J. 214-1203” and forged one promissory note under the name of the Defendant, and the facts charged for the use of the forged bill under this part of this Act and the facts charged constitute the crime of forging securities (Article 214(1) of the Criminal Act); (d) and (e) the crime of not uttering documents and the indictment.
(2) In the column for the daily loan certificate, the letter "F million won per annum", "48% per annum", and "I, K, and Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J. 214-1203" shall be stated in the column for the bond, and one copy of the loan certificate in the column for the seal shall be stated as "I, K, and J. 214-1203", and "I, K, and Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J. 214-1203" shall be stated in the column for the receipt, and one copy of the receipt in the column for the seal shall be stated as "I, K, and J. 214-1203", and the seal shall be affixed in the column for the seal.
