A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant obtained real estate security loan from the Korea-U.S.C. 125 and 102 from the Korea-U.S. Military Saemaul Fund (hereinafter “victim’s safe”) on the security of the Defendant’s non-permanent C apartment 125 and 102.

However, around June 22, 2009, following the move-in report by the lessee D, which was practically no collateral value, the lessee’s existence should be concealed in order to obtain a loan from the victim’s safe, and accordingly, the lessee’s content of the move-in household inspection which proves the existence of the lessee was attempted to be modified.

On February 17, 2010, the Defendant, within the office of the Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu Labor Center, 13-8 Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu, changed the content of the move-in household perusal by using a copy installed in the above office and using a copy installed in the above office. On the same day, the Defendant submitted to F, an employee of the victim’s safe, who is unaware of the fact that the change was made in the above in the office of the victim’s safe located in the Nowon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu, the content of the move-in household perusal.

In fact, even though a lessee D obtained a move-in report and a fixed date and obtained a move-in report and obtained the fixed date and had no value as security in the case of the above apartment owned by the victim, the Defendant submitted the altered “the details of the move-in household inspection” to the Defendant’s safe side, and obtained a loan from the Defendant’s safe around February 25, 2010, and acquired the money from the Defendant.
