A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on December 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) directed the victim E (19 years) who was his own third party in the Dsports Center located in the fourth floor of Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si; (b) led the victim to a fluorous act, such as having fluord himself, and neglected her own efforts; (c) led the victim to a fluorous act; (d) was fluord with her cell phone; and (e) was fluord with the victim’s head fluor; and (e) continued to fluord the victim’s head fluor, which is a dangerous object (1m in total length, 3 cm, 1cm in thickness, 1cm in thickness) by making the victim fluor of the victim three times, and gluordd with the victim’s mor, which requires approximately two weeks medical treatment.

Disadvantageous circumstances: The Defendant assaulted the victim with dangerous things, and inflicted an injury.
