A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crime at around 06:20 on October 18, 2016, and around 06:20, the 3rd room of “F,” the victim E working in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, requiring a large amount of alcohol value.
