1. The Defendant, in collaboration with C, stolen the victims’ property, respectively, as follows.

The Defendant and C, around 04:30 on August 7, 2015, exceeded 04:30, and in the above manner, C entered the guest room No. 307, and stolen the agricultural C’s agricultural physical card owned by the victim M with one copy.

2. To amend or amend part of the facts charged without following the procedures for modification of indictment to the extent that it appears that the identity of the facts charged against fraud, the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act violations is maintained and that there is no possibility that the defendant
