A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence subparagraph 1 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since August 2014, the Defendant had no import for about three months due to lack of work, and caused a dispute with the Defendant on the grounds of the Defendant’s economic infinite ability, the Defendant had been able to find a police station by explosioning the complaints against the society and the wife he stockpiled.
1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, coercion of a deadly weapon, etc.) and the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, weapon, etc.);
A. B. Then, the Defendant: (a) got off from the taxi to the front guard room of the police station at the taxi, followed the victim, and followed the victim, and (b) forced the victim to open the front door of the said front door and forced him to open the front door of the said front door, and threatened the victim by acting as if he would inflict harm on the victim.
2.
