The defendant is engaged in driving a vehicle with C low-speed.

On June 22, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 22:50 on June 22, 2013, and driven approximately 10km distance from the front of the two-party residential building in Chungcheongnam-gun to the front of the two-party residential building in Gwangju-si, Seo-gu, Gwangju-si, as a drinking condition of 0.10% alcohol concentration in blood.
