A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

【2014 Highest 2693】

1. On March 6, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim E, who was installed therein, into the telegraph pole in charge of management; and (b) cut off approximately KRW 350,000 of the market price connected to the said telegraph pole by using ner, and cut off the electric wires of approximately KRW 300,000,000,000.

2. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant cut off approximately KRW 150,000 of the market price, which was connected to the transferee in the said telegraph by using nacker, from the point of transfer located in the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, Nam-gu, Seoul, by cutting off the victim G, who was installed therein, to the telegraph station of the management of the victim G, and cutting off the wire at approximately KRW 150,000,000,

3. At around 14:00 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant cut off the connected wire at approximately KRW 253,000 in the market price, which was connected to the said telegraph by nicker, from around 14:0, the victim I opened a field of H field located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, by nicking the victim I, who was installed there, into a telegraph pole for management, and cutting it by approximately 100 meters.

4. Around 20:20 on April 21, 2014, the Defendant cut off a pipe of approximately KRW 150,000 in the market price connected to the victim L Management, which was installed therein, at the agricultural parking lot located in the Nam-gu Seoul Nam-gu J, Nam-gu, Gwangju, by cutting the victim L Management into approximately seven meters.

5. Around 20:40 on April 21, 2014, the Defendant intruded on the rooftop annexed to the said KFF M, and subsequently attempted to steals electric wires connected to the air conditioners managed by the victim L, which were installed therein, and did not bring about an attempted attempt due to electric joint lines.

【2014 Highest 2919】 On April 4, 2014, the Defendant cut off approximately three hundred and twenty meters electric wires equivalent to the market price of KRW 320,000,00, which were connected to the said telegraph by using nifers, after going through the telegraph of the victim P, which was installed at the scene, in the middle-gu Seoul metropolitan city around early P, Nam-gu.
