A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated as referred to in subparagraphs 1, 2, 6 through 9, and 12.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief or attempted thief;

A. On March 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) cut off the electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Korea Electric Power Corporation”); (b) KRW 472m in the length of the electric wires owned by the Korea Electric Power Corporation; and (c) KRW 241,546 in the market price, which were installed at the place where the electric poles were installed, in advance drawn up on the electric poles around the 755m of Jin-gu, Jindong-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around March 28, 2013.

B. On April 9, 2013, the Defendant cut off the total amount of KRW 450 meters of the two types of electric wires owned by the said victim, and the total amount of KRW 1,00,000,00,00 in the market price, in the same manner as a pre-absing to the electric poles located on the neighboring street of Jin-gu, Jin-gu, Jin-si, Kim Young-si, Kim Young-gu, Kim Young-si around 319-873, around April 9, 2013, and stolen them.

C. On April 10, 2013, the Defendant, at around 04:00 on April 10, 2013, cut off the total of 450 meters of the two types of electric wires owned by the said victim, and cut off the total of 2,00,000,000 won in the market price, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

Around 01:00 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 01:0 on April 15, 2013, went up to the electric poles around the Haak-gu, Jin-gu, Jin-gu, Kim Young-gu, Kim Young-gu, Seoul, and cut off the cable length of 50 meters and the market price of 82,00 won, which is owned by the said victim, in the same manner as the above paragraph (a).

E. Around 04:00 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) up to 04:0 on April 15, 2013, the Defendant: (b) up to 04:0 on April 15, 2013, went to the telegraph station located on the street around the 1092-1, Jindong-gu, Jindong-gu, Kim Young-gu; (c) cut off the cable length of 500 meters and the market price of 340,000 won, which is the victim’s ownership;

F. On April 16, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime of April 16, 2013: (a) cut the electric cable length of 600 meters, market price of 2,000,000 won, which is the victim’s possession, into the same manner as the foregoing paragraph (a) and stolen it, by taking advantage of the same method as the foregoing paragraph, around 01:30 on April 16, 201.

G. The Defendant committed the crime of April 17, 2013 around 02:00.
