The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On July 15, 2019, the Defendant committed assault against the victim D (16 years old) on the alleyway near Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, with the local backline C (16 years old) on the part of the region. Judgment

The facts charged in the instant case are the crimes of non-compliance with will under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

According to the records of this case, the victim D has withdrawn his/her wish to punish the defendant on January 22, 2021.

Therefore, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
