A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2017 Highest 2096"

1. From February 23, 2017, at around 00:29, the Defendant stolen the victim E, which was placed on the victim E at the “D” coffee shop in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, with one test-proponed counter-propon indicating one copy of the “National Bank” card.

2. On February 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took the same attitude that he/she did not have any intent or ability to pay taxi fares even though he/she was unable to pay the taxi fares due to the absence of any money in his/her possession in the station near Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) took a G taxi operated by the Victim F while getting in and let the victim drive the taxi to run the taxi to the vicinity of the water sources located near the KF of the Gyeonggi-gu, Suwon-gu, the Defendant acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount by allowing the victim to pay KRW 53,800,000, while not paying KRW 53,80.

On December 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 04:27, 2016, the Defendant: (b) on December 12, 2016, the Gangnam-gu Seoul Seo-gu, Seoul, presented the same attitude to pay taxi charges even if he/she was on board a taxi due to no cash or credit card, but did not have the intent or ability to pay the taxi charges; (c) on the part of an I individual taxi driven by the victim H, the Defendant 2502 was on board the passenger taxi and had the victim drive the taxi up to 160 on the street of the Hong-gu, Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul; and (d) on the part of the victim, the Defendant did not pay KRW 13,000 for the taxi charges to the victim.

On December 28, 2016, the Defendant requested beauty service to the victim without any intent or ability to pay the price, and the victim was forced to pay 144,650 won in return for the failure to pay 14,650 won.

1. The Defendant, who embezzled possession, shall be Seoul around 02:00 on December 10, 2016.
