Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant reported a false marriage and applied for a false visa from “C” in the name of “C”, which is a hub for false nationality acquisition, attempted to make a false marriage with Vietnam women and to receive money and valuables equivalent to KRW 2.5 million.

On May 18, 2011, the Defendant submitted to the public service center of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office, Seoyang-gu, the fact that the Defendant is a Vietnam female woman, a marriage report stating different facts, such as entering the “D” in the husband column, to the Defendant and the wife column, and made it enter the marriage relation in the family relation registration information system, and made it possible for the Defendant to store and utilize the false marriage relation contents from around that time.

On July 26, 2011, the Defendant, via C, filed a false application for issuance of an entry visa stating the purpose of entry into the Republic of Korea for the purpose of employment D at the Embassy of Vietnam for the purpose of employment D, by filing a false application with C, etc.

2. In accordance with C’s proposal, the Defendant changed her nationality to her child of Vietnames on illegal stay, and decided to act as the father of Vietnames on the basis of the number of money and valuables required to receive from Vietnam.

around July 20, 2011, the Defendant: (a) at the Yang Dong-dong office in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) even though F (G) was born between Vietnam-do and the Defendant’s own consciousness, the Defendant submitted a birth report which is different from the fact that he was the father and the mother of H (H) to the public official in charge of the family register, and had the public official in charge of the family register enter the birth relationship in the family register information system, which is a public electronic record, as if he was born the Defendant F; and (c) around that time, the false family relationship is stored.
