A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 6,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 29, 2014, the Defendant was driving a H K5 vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 30 meters from a 30m section under the influence of alcohol content of 0.05% from the underground parking lot near the main building of the Incheon Reinforcement-gun, Incheon Reinforcement-gun, to the street in front of the “G cafeteria” located in F of the Incheon Reinforcement-gun.

B. At around 22:20 on July 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a report on the fact that a fighting match was conducted in the presence of persons, such as I, in front of the “G cafeteria,” located in the “G cafeteria,” which was located in the Incheon Strengthening Group F; and (b) took the victim’s monet to the circumstances leading up to the victim, who called to the scene, by stating that “nicks are flicked by hand, hump, hump, hump, nump, and nump immediately thereafter, hump the victim.”

2. 피고인 A, B의 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인 A는 2014. 7. 29. 22:20경 인천 강화군 F에 있는 ‘G식당’ 앞에서 싸움이 났다는 신고를 받고 출동한 인천강화경찰서 K파출소 소속 경위 J, 순경 L이 위 1의 나항 기재와 같은 모욕죄로 A를 현행범인 체포하려 하자 “경찰너희들이 뭐냐, 놔둬 십새끼야, 내 발로 갈 꺼야 새끼들아”라고 욕설을 하면서 어깨로 위 J의 코 부위와 얼굴 부위를 때려 J의 안경이 바닥에 떨어져 깨지게 하고, 계속하여 A의 손목에 채우려는 수갑을 집어 던지고, 위 A의 연락을 받고 그 곳에 도착한 피고인 B은 위 J 등 경찰관들이 A에게 수갑을 채우지 못하게 손으로 경찰관들의 팔과 몸을 잡고 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers, and at the same time, the Defendant A caused damage to the coin in need of medical treatment for about 10 days to the victim J (the age of 45).
