Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a public official who has been in charge of the E business from August 201 to February 2, 2013 in the reinforcement military administration D.

A, on June 28, 2012, the F had access to the website of the Reinforcement Military Office to keep the documents related to H in the electronic civil petition counter column, which was closed to the public.

Defendant

A around July 2012, around the end of Incheon, notified Defendant B of the civil petition in C of the Reinforcement-gun Office located in the Office of Magcheon-si, Incheon, Incheon, and provided personal information to a third party by providing a copy of the civil petition document stating the name of the F, which is personal information, without the consent of F, which is the subject of information.

2. On July 17, 2012, Defendant B requested the information disclosure of a civil petition related to H, located in the strengthening military unit G, which is a public official E, to Defendant A, at the office of the Reinforcement-si Office located in the Incheon Incheon Incheon Incheon Reinforcement-gun, and on July 23, 2012, Defendant A received notification from Defendant A to the effect that the said civil petition is confidential as an information subject to non-disclosure, and Defendant B was aware that the F, a data subject who filed the said civil petition, did not consent to the disclosure of personal information.

Nevertheless, around July 2012, the defendant requested the defendant A to inform the defendant of the above civil petition and received a copy of the civil petition document stating the name of the F, personal information, from the defendant, from the head of the strengthening Gun Office D located in the Incheon Incheon Incheon Incheon Incheon Man-si Office.
