Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, each of the above penalties shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, as the representative director of the steel product sales chain, was in charge of steel product supply business, sales, etc.

When supplying equipment, such as various parts installed in the nuclear power plant, a test report on the performance, size, quantity, etc. issued by the materials producer shall be submitted in accordance with the contract and specifications.

On July 22, 2008, the Korea hydroelectric Energy Headquarters entered into a purchase agreement with LSM on the supply of the safety air conditioners (M251) installed in the nuclear power plant 3 and 4 nuclear power plants in the reported Ri 8,898,242,612 won in total, and LSMRR entered into a purchase agreement with the F (State) around September 2009, to receive two copies of the ethyl Plrate (Ste Pl Rate, steel board), which is a material for the said air-conditioning, to receive KRW 17,965,640.

On November 10, 2009, the Defendant: (a) purchased ethyl explosives produced from Switzerland special lectures through H, the representative director of G (main) for the supply of ethyl displays; and (b) supplied two copies of ethyl explosives, along with the test report under the name of the Switzerland special lectures; (c) was erroneous in the test report from J; and (d) was notified that the Defendant would return and process the report if the Defendant would not obtain a new test report as desired; and (e) received notification that the Defendant would not obtain a new test report as required by LSM theory; and (e) received notification that the Defendant would arbitrarily forge the test report.

On December 23, 2009, the Defendant: (a) had the said G Company H enter the F Office located in K during the Gyeonggi-gu Emb. Around December 23, 2009; (b) had the said G Company H enter the Z-Dir (Z-Dir) column of the Esco special lecture report kept using the computer program; (c) arbitrarily put the number into the Z-Dir column of the Esco special lecture report; and (d) forged one copy of the Esco special lecture report; and (e) received the forged Esco special lecture report from H; and (e) output it.
