A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and B are the relationship between the two.

1. 2. Special larceny;

A. The Defendant and B, on November 3, 2019, removed a window screen at the places indicated in paragraph (1) around November 3, 2019, and came into possession of approximately KRW 30,000 in cash at a credit cooperative located in a car transportter, and the market price of KRW 200,00 in small amount of KRW 4 km and drinking water.

Accordingly, the defendant and B, together with the defendant, destroyed the parts of the door, the wall, and other structures at night, and intruded the structure, and stolen the victim's property.

B. The Defendant committed the crime of January 17, 2020: around 02:42 on January 7, 2020, 2020: (a) shouldered the H convenience windows operated by the Victim G located in F at Mapopo-si; (b) invaded into the above place; and (c) had approximately KRW 188,490 in cash at a credit cooperative located in the calculation unit, and 2:70,000 in tobacco amounting to KRW 188,490 in market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant, at night, destroyed the door, the wall, and a part of the structure and intruded into the structure, and stolen the property of the victim.
