Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million and by a fine of KRW 1.5 million, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall purchase, arrange, or acquire marina tickets.

The Defendants were able to purchase a horse ticket by requesting the reporters of the Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma

1. Defendant A

A. On January 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) requested F to purchase marina tickets on behalf of the Defendant within the said Korean Marina D Horse race tracks; and (b) used F to purchase marina tickets by requesting F to purchase marina tickets on behalf of the Defendant.

F By remitting to a passbook in the name of the head of the Tong on April 8, 2013 and allowing F to purchase a horse ticket from January 9, 2015, the F purchased a horse ticket of KRW 15,700,000 in total over 26 times as shown in the annexed List of Crimes (1).

B. On March 2013, the Defendant purchased a total of KRW 800,000 in total three times, such as the daily list of crimes (2) in attached Form, by requesting the above Korea Mar. 29, 2013 to purchase a horse race track, remitting the purchase price to the passbook in the name of F, and allowing F to purchase a horse ticket from March 29, 2013 to October 3, 2013.

2. Around April 2013, Defendant B purchased 4,670,000 won in total on 19 occasions, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (3) in the manner that he/she requested “G”, a former horse manager, to purchase a marina ticket, and remitted the purchase price of a marina ticket to “G” and let G purchase a marina ticket from April 21, 2013 to January 25, 2015.
