Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 179"
1. On January 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the D Private Teaching Institutes office located in Pyeongtaek-si C around 00:00, the Defendant: (b) removed creshing of other entrance doors by inserting tear, rubber string, and inserting hand; (c) discharged the locking device by entering the office; and (d) entered the office where the Defendant was in sight.
The gift certificates equivalent to KRW 100,000 have been issued.
From around that time to January 17, 2017, from around 02:00 to around 02:00, the Defendant invadedd the victims’ structures at night over 11 times, such as the victim list 1st century, and stolen the victims’ property amounting to KRW 3.510,00.
2. On January 13, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, and the Defendant failed to detect damaged goods, even though creshed in the five-story clan offices in Pyeongtaek-si FF building around 03:40, in other creshings without the victim G, to tear the string, and entered into the string, but failed to discover the damaged goods.
From January 8, 2017 to January 13, 2017, the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ structures at night on five occasions, such as the second time table of crimes committed.

At around 01:30 on the same day, the Defendant continued to open a door and intrude into “K private teaching institute” on the 7th floor of the same building, and 30,000 won of the market price owned by the victim L, which was in the seat of the carper, owned by 50,000 won, and 5,80,000 won of the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the structure of the victims and stolen the property.
2. The Defendant is a person who was working at the Pyeongtaek-si Logistics Center in Korea from June 13, 2013 to November 3, 2016.
