Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime are the business owner operating a commercial sex trafficking business in the name of the trade name that is in the name of the 4th floor of the Western-gu E building in the Western-gu, Western-si, and Defendant B is the employee in charge of the carbr in the said business.
From July 31, 2014 to August 5, 2014, the Defendants conspired with each other to employ G, C, D, and H as a woman of sexual traffic and to have a sexual intercourse with the said woman of sexual traffic by providing the shower facilities and one room for employees with approximately 230 square meters in size, and by providing the said room with a single room for employees’ waiting room, etc.
Defendant
A, even after it was controlled by the police on August 5, 2014, had been in mind to continue to operate sexual traffic establishments with the same trade name at the same place.
The Defendants conspiredd to employ female sexual traffic I, etc. from October 18, 2014 to October 21 of the same month, and arranged sexual traffic in the same manner as above.
As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
2. Around August 2, 2014, Defendant C received KRW 90,00 in return for a sexual traffic from the above A, and Defendant C committed an act of similarity by stimulating the sexual organ of a man in the name unrest in which he/she found the said business by using his/her hand and knick, and engaged in sexual traffic eight times from that time to May of the same month.
3. Around July 31, 2014, Defendant D received 90,000 won from the above A in return for sexual traffic. Defendant D committed a similar act by stimulating the sexual organ of a man who was found in the above place of business by using his hand and knick, and by stimulatinging the sexual organ of a man who was found in the above place of business, and engaged in sexual traffic over 13 times from that time until May of the same month.
