A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a business owner operating sexual traffic establishments under the trade name “C” on the second floor of the D Building in Busan Metropolitan City, and E is a staff member in charge of the carper in the said establishment.

In collusion with the above E, from May 20, 2014 to October 2, 202 of the same year, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by providing the shower room with approximately 30 square meters in size, four rooms, one indoor room, one employees waiting room, etc., with the nationality of Thailand as a female commercial sex acts, employing F, G, H, etc. as a female commercial sex acts, finding the place, and guiding the unspecified male customers to have sexual intercourse with the female sex acts by guiding them to the said smuggling.

2. The Defendant, “I”, is a business owner operating sexual traffic establishments under the trade name “I” in the Asia-siJ in the Asia-si.

From October 14, 2014 to the 15th day of the same month, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having two rooms equipped with shower facilities and 66 square meters in the above business establishment, one room for employees, etc. In addition, the Defendant employed the women of commercial sex acts, such as K with the nationality of Thailand, and find the place for commercial sex acts from unspecified male customers in return for sexual sex acts, with 110,000 won at the time of sexual intercourse and 80,000 won at the time of the similar act, and providing guidance to the above smuggling to have them do sexual intercourse with the female of commercial sex acts, or by having the female of commercial sex acts stimulate the sexual organ of the male by taking advantage of mouth or hand.
