A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 4, 2020, around 05:13, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the entrance for the purpose of theft of cash in front of “D” operated by the victim B in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) opened a lock of the ground-to-face exchange machine using bags and fire extinguishers on the table; and (c) removed KRW 500,000 in cash owned by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen 50,000 won in cash owned by the victim at night by intrusion on the victim's structure.

2. Larceny;

A. On March 13, 2020, around 18:00 on March 13, 2020, the Defendant, at around 18:00 on March 13, 202, posted the victim F, operated by “G” in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Yangcheon-gu Seoul, in a crepan of surveillance by the victim F, thereby making use of the gap in the victim’s surveillance, thereby 43:390 won at the market price of the victim’s possession in the said burial, 3 soldiers, the above skiing, and ice cream, etc., into the Defendant’s main money, and stolen it.

B. On March 14, 2020, around 00:35, the Defendant committed the crime, at around 00:35, on March 14, 2020, at “J convenience store” managed by the victim I located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, by taking advantage of the gaps in surveillance of the victim I, the victim’s supervision over the above convenience store display stand, one cigarette 1,000 won at the market price of the victim’s management over the above convenience store display stand, and 1,000 won at the Defendant’s bar, and stolen it.

C. At around 07:50 on March 14, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime, around 07:50 on March 14, 2020, on the part of “M” managed by the victim L in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K on March 14, 202 by using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and stolen the victim’s management market price is equivalent to KRW 91,790, and drinking water.

On March 15, 2020, the Defendant, at around 01:38, 202, had a 8-phone cell phone with the victim P'O located in N in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 01:38 on March 15, 2020.
