1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Plaintiff A is a person who received treatment in relation to the right upper part of Defendant E Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) and Plaintiff B’s spouse, Plaintiff C, and D are children of Plaintiff E.

B. On May 26, 2011, Plaintiff A provided hospital treatment at F clinics located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu, for the purpose of treating the pain of the shoulder part of the Plaintiff A, while performing hospital treatment.

6. Around 24, the Defendant hospital’s G medical specialist affiliated with the Defendant hospital was diagnosed as the Plaintiff’s “Symnasium superior to the Defendant hospital,” and the Plaintiff’s G was diagnosed as the “Symnasium superior to the Defendant hospital.”
