1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

A is a person who sells a forged scam in front of “G” located in the Busan Central District F, and Defendant B sells clothes in the “I” store located in the Busan Central District.

1. Defendant A

A. At around 17:40 on May 8, 2016, Defendant A transferred the trademark right in front of the “G” located in Busan Jung-gu, to a non-resident under the name of the Plaintiff, a trademark holder of the Republic of Korea “G”, who is a trademark right in front of the “G” located in Busan Jung-gu, and registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office in sight of the designated goods (LOIS VITN) one point in sight with a trademark similar to the “LOIS VITN” (LO and a trademark registration number of KRW 5 million, trademark registration number of KRW 4001019800,00).
