1. The defendant shall pay 32,700,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from September 20, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff can recognize the fact that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with lighting fixtures equivalent to 62.7 million won (including value-added tax) from July 27, 2017 to September 27, 2017. The plaintiff is a person who received 30 million won out of the price of the above goods from the defendant.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,70,000 won for the unpaid goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 20, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is clear from September 20, 2018 that the original copy of the payment order of this case was served on the defendant. Thus, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted.
