1. The Defendant calculated the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 28,163,652 and the annual rate of KRW 15% from August 12, 2016 to the date of full payment.

No dispute exists between the parties, or comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments set forth in the Evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff supplied various construction materials to the Defendant during the period from January 2015 to April 2016, and it can be recognized that there remain 28,163,652 won for the goods. Thus, the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from August 12, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is obvious that the original copy of the payment order sought by the Plaintiff was served to the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
