A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. On October 4, 2016, from around 10:37 to around 11:28 of the same day, the Defendant sent 59 copies of pictures, such as sexual relation pictures with the victim or the victim’s cell phone camera taken by the victim to the victim’s cell phone camera, and the victim’s photo taken from around 10:37 to around 11:28 of the same day, using the Defendant’s cell phone, to the victim’s cell phone E-mail at the time of the victim’s death from around 2013 to around August 2016.

As a result, the Defendant provided E with photographing the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using camera or other similar devices.

B. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the Defendant’s mobile phone function installed in the Defendant’s mobile phone at the same place as before the preceding paragraph at around 17:07, and sent the victim’s chest, etc. exposed to the victim’s chest, etc., by obtaining the victim’s consent, to the Defendant’s cell phone operator’s cell phone.

As a result, the Defendant provided G with photographing the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using camera or other similar devices.

2. Intimidation;

A. A. On September 27, 2016, the Defendant sent 4 copies of the victim’s cell phone, such as sexual relation photographs with the victim taken as shown in paragraph 1-A and the victim’s body photo, etc., to the victim’s cell phone in around September 27, 2016, with respect to those that the victim left another male-guor after the victim hedgingd with the Defendant. However, the Defendant sent them to the victim’s cell phone, such as the victim’s sexual relation photographs and the victim’s body photo.
